What language will the event be in?
Genius Synapse 2025 will be held in English.
Can I get a refund if I can’t attend the event?
Unfortunately, since this is a one-day event, tickets are non-refundable. We understand that plans can change, so if you're unable to attend, you can transfer your ticket to someone else.
Can I transfer my ticket to someone else?
Yes! Tickets are fully transferable. Just let us know the name and contact info of the person who will be attending in your place, and we’ll update our records.
What is the event schedule?
We’ll be sharing a full agenda closer to the event date. Expect a mix of keynotes, workshops, networking, and Q&A opportunities.
Where is the event being held?
1751 rue Richardson, Montreal, QC. We’ll also send you a map and parking details before the event.
Will food and drinks be provided?
Yes! We’ll have snacks and drinks available throughout the day as well as a catered lunch including vegetarian options.
What should I bring to the event?
Just bring yourself, your confirmation email, and any questions or ideas you’d like to discuss! A laptop or notebook might be handy for taking notes.
Can I bring a colleague or guest?
Yes, as long as they have a ticket. If you’d like to transfer your ticket to someone else, just let us know.
