About the day

Synapse brings together Genius ERP users, partners, and team members for a full day of learning, conversation, and hands-on sessions. The agenda includes keynote presentations, two blocks of breakout sessions, and plenty of opportunities to connect with peers and the Genius team.

Breakout sessions are organized into three tracks—Management, User, and Technical—but there will also be additional sessions running in parallel. You’re free to mix and match across all sessions, choosing the topics most relevant to you.

You’ll also get a first look at new features, see sneak peeks of upcoming AI tools, and have the chance to share feedback and ask questions throughout the day.
